FIELD: commercial and advertisement broadcasting. SUBSTANCE: method involves broadcasting including elements inviting public attention to advertising messages. Broadcasting is effected at high frequencies by round-the-clock real-time transmission of information about exchange transactions including comments of specialists for physical and/or juridical persons concerned, reception of orders for handling financial transactions over paperless channels, periodic transmission of advertising information at same high frequency, and reception of audience's orders for buying advertised commodities and services. EFFECT: provision for free of charge connection of potential clients to source of information concerning currency exchange conditions.
