FIELD: geophysics, geological electric prospecting with use of non-stationary electromagnetic fields, solving of national economy problems related to study of surface layer of the Earth, man-made objects included. SUBSTANCE: device for geological electric prospecting has current generator coupled to radiating circuit, n pairs of symmetric receiving circuits which symmetry axes lie in plane of symmetry of radiating circuit connected to matching units, n differential amplifiers, summing amplifier, n norming amplifiers of difference signal, norming amplifier of signal of current pickup, on-line storage coupled to computer and timer. Receiving circuits are so arranged that moment of mutual induction between each receiving circuit and radiating circuit in nonconductive space is equal to zero. Usage of n pairs of receiving circuits in combination with corresponding multichannel measurement system and optimal arrangement of radiating and receiving circuits provide for high productivity , precision, high resolving power and wide functional capabilities of device. Device produces highest result if employed at earliest stage. EFFECT: design of high-productivity device for geological electric prospecting with wide functional capabilities providing for high precision and resolving power during search and localization of objects in complexly structured media with poor contrast. 1 dwg
