METHOD OF IMMUNODIAGNOSIS OF INFECTIONS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is based on detection of erythrocytes from specific and nonspecific erythrocyte diagnostica in adhesion smears by lymphocytes and neutrophils. Method involves simultaneous determination in patient blood with respect of each diagnosticum species an amount of erythrocytes adhesized by rosette-forming leukocytes and leukocytes adhesized 1-2 erythrocytes. Index of specific adhesion is measured by the formula: index = (ΣPOsp/ΣPOnonsp)/(ΣAsp(1+2)/ΣAnonsp(1+2)) where ΣPOsp and POnonsp - sum of erythrocytes of specific and nonspecific erythrocyte diagnostica, respectively, adhesized by rosette-forming leukocytes; and ΣAsp(1+2) and ΣAnonsp(1+2) - sum of adhesion of erythrocytes from specific and nonspecific diagnostica, respectively, for leukocytes adhesized 1-2 erythrocytes. Infection is diagnosed at index value above 1.8 and below 0.4. Method can be used for early immunodiagnosis of infections. EFFECT: simplified method of diagnosis. 4 tbl, 3 ex
