A flexible member, especially a bellows for articulated vehicles, comprises elastomer coated material sections connected via flat edge sections. The edge regions have a rigid metal end profile. The edge regions (13,14) lie on top of one another and are adhered using a dual component adhesive. The outer surfaces of the edge regions are also adhered to the metal profile (18) using the adhesive.
