PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent user's hands from being soiled by toner which sticks to a process cartridge but drops from the cartridge at replacing the cartridge. SOLUTION: As for the process cartridge 101 which is attached/detached to/from an image forming device main body 100, a shielding member 12 installed on the image forming device main body 100 side is pulled out together with the process cartridge 101 at attaching/detaching the process cartridge 101, then, a transfer opening is shielded by the shielding member 12, so that the toner sticking to the process cartridge 101 is prevented from dropping.
