PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a housing space, to shorten moving time and to prevent inconvenience caused by the bound of a shielding plate from occurring. SOLUTION: A shielding mechanism 11 is arranged between a photographing lens and a focal plane shutter 6. Then, two upper shielding plates out of four shielding plates of the shielding mechanism 11 are arranged so as to be freely moved between an open position where an aperture for exposure 10 is exposed by being superimposed at the upper part of the aperture 10 and a shielding position where the aperture part 10 is shielded by being extended so as to shield the almost upper half part of the aperture 10. The remaining shielding plates are arranged so as to be freely moved between the open position where the aperture part 10 is opened by being superimposed at the lower part of the aperture 10 and the shielding position where the aperture part 10 is shielded by being extended so as to shield the almost lower half part of the aperture 10. By a driving mechanism 12, the shielding mechanism 11 is driven to the open position from the shielding position in response to a shutter releasing action and a delay mechanism 13 is actuated thereafter. By the delay mechanism 13, the shutter 6 is actuated at a prescribed time after the shielding mechanism 11 is started to be moved to the open position.
