PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the natural appearance and the bright display by continuously forming the valleys on a base surface, providing the slant surfaces of the valleys with a predetermined angle to the base surface, and having a plurality kind of valleys of various sizes. SOLUTION: The V-shaped valleys 2 of microsizes are formed on a surface of a base 1. The angles 3 between the slant surfaces of these valleys and the base surface are uniform. The sizes and intervals of the valleys have the influence on the scattering property and the reflectivity as the total reflection surface, and are preferably from the wavelength of the light to several ten-micron. By mixing the V-shaped valleys of various sizes, the uniformity in appearance can be improved. By using this reflection surface having a specific scattering property, the light is reflected to be focused on a certain limited range, so that the brightness can be increased in comparison with the reflection by a flat surface in this limited range. Further the impression of glittering found when the light is focused by using a concave mirror can be reduced, and the feeling close to the natural brightness can be obtained.
