PURPOSE: Foods waste treatment equipment is provided which sends crushed foods waste upwardly by a transmitting screw within a dewatering screen so that it efficiently eliminates water in foods waste. CONSTITUTION: In the foods waste treatment equipment which is operated by transferring crushed foods waste upwardly to eliminate water by the transmitting screw(5) and discharging through an exhaust port(33), the treatment equipment is characterized by including a detection tool for transmitting speed of foods waste, which reversely rotates the transmitting screw as the set rotation number and then forwardly rotates the screw in case that the detected speed is slower than the set speed. |
