PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary cell which has less lowering of a discharging capacity when charge and discharge is repeated at temperature exceeding room temperature. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous electrolyte cell equipped with a positive electrode containing a positive active material, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte, the positive active material consists of active material particles whose composition is given by LixMyM'zO2-wFw, and a protective layer which is formed on at least one part of a surface of the active material particles, and whose composition is given by Me1+aMn2-aO4. |
