PURPOSE: A process for protecting and reinforcing a slope area is provided to rigidly retain the slope surface of a road even when earth pressure and/or water pressure is increased due to rainy spell and/or ground behavior by maximizing its supporting force. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a first connection step of H-beam(111) up to a height of a slope surface(100); a second connection step of another H-beam(111) crosswise to rotate the first H-beam(111); an installation step of H-beam structure(110) by closing the structure to the slope(100) by means of a crane; another step of securing the structure to one side of a nail(120) and the slope(100) to the other side of the nail(120) through a supporting pore then grouting the secured nail; a step of sealing gaps generated between the slope(100) and the structure(110); and clearly finishing surface of the H-beam(111).
