PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an easy input of information of a commodity purchased without necessity of an expensive input unit by a consumer and to surely manage an input and an output of the purchased commodity to and from a refrigerator in a commodity managing system. SOLUTION: The commodity managing system comprises a selling store terminal equipment 4 for building an accounting managing system of a selling store, and the refrigerator 20 for loading a commodity managing software by using the consumer and connected to a communication network such as an internet 5 or the like. Thus, commodity information formed by the accounting managing system is delivered to the refrigerator of the consumer purchasing the commodity in the store via the communication network 5.
