<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the simplification, miniaturization, and weight reduction of an adjustment mechanism. SOLUTION: This crystal supporting device is used for supporting a crystal 2 that receives X rays 1 incoming from a definite direction to launch diffracted X rays toward a specimen, and has a base plate 24, a rotary plate 17, a tilting plate 12, and a crystal holding plate 4. When an adjusting screw 15 with a tapered part 15d inserted in a screw hole 23 is turned, the rotary plate 17 rotates around a rotary shaft 18. When a tapered adjusting screw 15 inserted in a screw hole 14a is turned, the tilting plate 12 rotates around a tilting shaft 13. When an adjusting screw 5 on en upper end of the holding plate 4 is turned, the lower end side portion of the holding plate 4 changes. The incoming angle, parallelism, and incoming point of the X rays 1 are thereby adjusted.</p> |
