PURPOSE: A method and a system for fixing a job path, and a recording medium thereof are provided to fix an optimized target job more suitable to an individual environment of a user by extracting the target after including the personal information as well as a result of the personal job preference test. CONSTITUTION: A job path fixing system(100) connects to a user computer and an on-line education site through a communication network. The system includes a control module(200) including a personal information input control module(201), a target job fixing control module(202), a job change test control module(203) and a customized service control module(204), and an external storage(104) including a personal database(210), a job database(220), a job preference database(230), a job change database(240), a target path database(250), a change path database(260) and a web source page database(270). The web source page database includes a personal information input page, a job preference test page, a job change test page and a customized service page.
