PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine automatically a status of a similar spot, when fitting one status from among a plurality of statuses to each spot of a microarray by a user, in an image analysis system of the microarray. SOLUTION: In an image of the microarray, the status of some spot is determined by the user, and a pixel value matrix of an image in the spot region is learned by a neutral network, and a vertically and bilaterally symmetrical image or a rotated image around the center of the region is formed following the learning and learned by the neutral network.
