PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save fuel resources, and reduce affect on the global environment of exhaust gas exhausted from a combustion facility. SOLUTION: The fuel reducing device in combustion is composed so that a measure is taken of lowering an atmospheric pressure in the combustion facility, and a combustion temperature can be raised higher than a temperature occurring during ordinary pressure combustion. By this, by lowering the atmospheric pressure in a fuel combustion part of the combustion facility beforehand, combustion efficiency can be enhanced. By raising the combustion temperature higher than the temperature occurring during ordinary pressure combustion, fuel consumption can be reduced. By reduction of the exhaust gas due to combustion, the effects affecting the earth environment is reduced, and the fuel resources can be saved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
