PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of a reel frame by using a shaft with an expanding slot at one end side, a groove engaging with a reel supporting shaft at the other end side and a presser body formed with elastic presser part at the central part, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A reel holder 2 is clamped to one end back side of a body 1, while a reel supporting shaft is projected to the reel holder 2 in the longitudinal direction toward the front side, and a reel frame 4 wound on with a parts storage tape 8 consisting of a base tape 6 and a cover tape 7, is inserted thereinto. A strap reel presser body 5 is pivotally supported at one end front side of the base body 1 by a longitudinal shaft 14, and such a groove 17 as engaging with the projected heat of the reel supporting shaft 3 when it is turned up and down, is formed at a tip side 15 of the reel presser body 5. In addition, a U-shaped kerf 25 is formed in an intermediate part of the reel presser body 5, and since there is provided an elastic presser part 24 being connected by a spring member 26, such a possibility that a reel frame 4 might be deflected to the axial direction of the reel supporting shaft 3 is prevented from occurring, thus the parts storage tape 8 can be smoothly delivered in this way. |
