PURPOSE:To precisely check the condition of an electronic part sucked by a suck-up nozzle through an image process by making the outer diameter of a reflector larger than the outer diameter of the front end part of a nozzle holder. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle base part 12 is removably attached to the inner periphery of the lower end part of a cylindrical nozzle holder 15, and the outer diameter of a reflector 13 is larger than the outer diameter of the lower end part of the nozzle holder 15. When the nozzle base part 12 is mounted to the nozzle holder 15, the reflector 13 is picked up by human fingers so that a pin 16 is then inserted into a guide groove 17b, and accordingly, the nozzle base part 12 is inserted into the nozzle holder 15 while the pin 16 is inserted and locked in a guide groove 17c. Thereafter, when the nozzle base part 12 is rotated so as to introduce the pin 16 to the position of the guide groove 17c, the pin 16 is made to abut against the lower end of the guide groove 17c by the energizing force of a coil spring 18 so as to complete the assembly. |
