PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trace suspension assembly capable of stably writing/reading magnetic information by minimizing the crosstalk between a plurality of signal lines. SOLUTION: The TSA1 is provided with, on a suspension 20, first and second read lines 360 and 370, one end thereof being connedted to a slider 10, intersecting each other and controlled by a preamplifier circuit connected to the other end, and first and second write lines 340 and 350, one end thereof being connected to the slider 10 and extended along the first and second read lines 360 and 370, controlled by the preamplifier circuit 60 connected to the other end. Thus, capacitances E1 to E4 and capacitances D1 to D4 generated between the first and second write lines 340 and 350 and between the first and second read lines 360 and 370 cancel each other to minimize the crosstalk as a whole.
