PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the acquisition of objective data for extracting a person. SOLUTION: This interaction support device automatically acquires a document created by a previously registered information providing user from a terminal device (S10) to obtain a characteristic word included in the document in association with the information providing user (S12). An information searching user who wants to search information inputs an interesting word to the interaction support device from a terminal device (S14). Every time when the characteristic word is acquired newly, similarity with the interesting word is calculated (S16). The calculation result is accumulated for each information providing user (S18), and it is determined whether the similarity satisfies a predetermined condition or not (S20).
