PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable strap bolt with high jointing strength. SOLUTION: In this strap bolt, a through-hole 5 for a fastening bolt 4 is provided in a strap part 1 where a base part of a bolt rod 3 is welded to one end, and composed of an inner peripheral edge 6a of a cylindrical part 6 which is provided by partially forming the strap part 1 in a rib shape and swelling it upward.
