PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving apparatus capable of surely moving a concrete block to the direction bending it at a predetermined angle and having an easy constitution. SOLUTION: The moving apparatus 15 is used for moving the concrete block installed on a plurality of hard balls 23 arranged on the flat surface through flat plates 22a and 22b, and it is equipped with the first guide means including a guide rail 21b, the second guide means including a guide rail 29b and curved rails 31a and 31b connected to both of them. Rods 33a and 33b having heights larger than a diameter of the hard ball 23 are mounted to the end edges of the curved rails 31a and 31b. Accordingly, after each flat plate 22a has been moved to the right direction until it stops by abutting on each rod 33a, a course of the concrete block can be changed only by moving in the direction of the clockwise rotation with the end section 42 of a straight line section 40a as a fulcrum until the flat plate 22b stops by abutting it on the straight line section 40b.
