PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet or a film which can be suitably used for a packaging material of an article to be packaged such as a pouch-packed food. SOLUTION: The sheet or film is obtained from a propylene copolymer which comprises 60-90 wt% of the n-decane insoluble part (D<SB>insol</SB>) and 10-40 wt% of the n-decane soluble part (D<SB>sol</SB>), has a melt flow rate (MFR) in the range of 0.1-10 (g/10 min) and has an Mw/Mn determined from GPC of 4 or less. The D<SB>insol</SB>satisfies requirement [1] and the D<SB>sol</SB>satisfies requirement [2]: [1] The content of the skeleton derived from ethylene is 1.2 wt% or less. [2] The limiting viscosity number [η]<SB>sol</SB>is 2.5 (dl/g) or more; Mw/Mn is 4 or less; and the content of the skeleton derived from ethylene is 10-50 wt%. Preferably, the absolute value of the difference between the [η]<SB>sol</SB>and the limiting viscosity number [η]<SB>insol</SB>of the n-decane insoluble part is in the range of 0.05-2 (dl/g).
