Protective container (2,5) for a device (4), the container (2, 5) being intended for an underground or immersed installation, the container including: a base structure (2); a cover element (5) which can be coupled to the base structure (2) to define an inner chamber (6) of the container adapted to receive the device (4); characterised in that the cover element (5) has an essentially bell-shaped body, is equipped with a bottom opening (10) and includes side walls (11) that extend around an axis (Z-Z) of the bottom opening (10), the base structure (2) being provided with a collar (12) that surrounds the seat (3) and that crosses the bottom opening (19) so as to define at least one channel (13) communicating with the inner chamber (6) between the side walls of the cover element (5) and the collar (12), the collar (12) having a mouth (19) located at a great height than the bottom opening (10) and the mouth (19) is such to ensure that an amount of gaseous fluid comprised in the inner chamber (6) and in the channel (13) opposes an undesired infiltration of liquid from outside the container to the interior of said chamber (6). |
