摘要 The present invention relates to mutant polypeptides of the beta chain of the type I receptor IFNAR2 (MIFNAR2) comprising the amino acid sequence in SEQ ID NO: 1. mutated at amino acid residues histidine 78 and asparagine 100, with enhanced affinity for interferon-beta as compared to the wild type polypeptide or an analog of said mutant polypeptide, having substantially the same activity, and in which up to 30 amino acid residues may be removed, added or substituted provided that said residues are not 78 and 100 residues, or salt thereof for producing a medicament modulating IFN-beta effects. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said polypeptide.
