A pyridyloxymethyl and benzisoxazole azabicyclic compound is proposed according to formula (I) or the (R) or (S) enantiomer thereof, or the cis or trans isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate thereof, wherein m is 0 or 1; Z isX is oxygen; Y is methylen, wherein n is 0; Rand Rare each independently hydrogen, halogen, or a (C-C)alkyl, (C-C)alkoxy or a (C-C)alkoxy(C-C)alkyl group, any one of which groups may be unsbustituted or substituted with one or more halogens; Rand Rare each independently hydrogen, a (C-C) alkyl, a (C-C) cycloalkyl, or a 5 to 6 membered heterocyclic group, or Rand Rtogether with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a 3 to 7 membered optionally unsaturated monocyclic ring. A method is also proposed for treating one or more central nervous system disorders using said compound. |
