<p>The system has an obfuscatable floating chamber in which multiple frames (1), a ventilation system and an irrigation system (W) are arranged. Multiple box-like floating containers (5) contain chicory roots and are positioned for floating in the floating chamber in the respective frames. The ventilation system has an over pressure chamber arranged between the frames. The over pressure chamber has air outlet ports (14) distributed over entire height of the frames, where air in the frames is blown via the ports. The containers are transported by hand or a transport system.</p>
