PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fine operability of a lever, and to supply a large quantity of pressure oil to the high load side, by performing control for correcting a pressure compensating degree so as to increase the pressure compensating degree by a pressure compensating means in response to the pressure of the pressure oil delivered from a hydraulic pump, when performing control for determining pressure compensation in response to the size of differential pressure, by detecting longitudinal differential pressure of operation valves. SOLUTION: This control device of a hydraulic drive machine has a plurality of operation valves supplying the pressure oil of a flow rate corresponding to the opening area to a corresponding hydraulic actuator, by changing the opening area in response to an operation quantity of an operator, and the pressure compensating means for reducing the opening area of these operation valves with a predetermined pressure compensating degree, as the longitudinal differential pressure between pressure of inflow side pressure oil of the operation valve and pressure of outflow side pressure oil becomes large, and has a pressure compensating degree correcting means for correcting the pressure compensating degree so as to increase the pressure compensating degree by the pressure compensating means in response to the pressure of the pressure oil delivered from the hydraulic pump.
