PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake device which can improve brake response, and prevent a pad member from vibrating when a vehicle runs, furthermore, prevent the pad member from generating noise when the member strongly collides against a pad support portion of the support member at the time of braking. SOLUTION: A disk brake device 1 has a pad side magnet 6 arranged in a pair of supported portion 3a of both end portions in a disk rotor circumferential direction of each pad member 3, and a support side magnet 7 repelling the pad side magnet 6 and arranged in each pad support portion 4a of the support member 4.
