PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an unusual noise in a turbocharger during stop action of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The system provided with a first lubricating oil supply path for supplying lubricating oil from an oil pan 10C in an internal combustion engine 10 to a turbocharger 14 by employing a first oil pump 11 interlocked with the internal combustion engine 10, and with a second lubricating oil supply path for supplying lubricating oil from the oil pan 10C to the turbocharger 14 by employing a second oil pump 23 of an electric oil pump. After the internal combustion engine 10 stops, the second oil pump 23 is driven to keep on supplying lubricating oil to the turbocharger until a turbo rotation speed becomes lower than a prescribed value.
