摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of measuring pressure comprises stages on which first pressure is applied onto a liquid or gaseous medium, which acts on one side of an elastic deflectable plate fixed in a case, second pressure is applied on liquid or gaseous medium which acts on the other side of the plate, or a vacuum is maintained on the other side of the plate, parametres of the plate are measured, including the value of reference camber angle, then based on the measured parametres, the pressure value is calculated as a function of the measured parametres, defined with a condition for minimisation of the effect of moment of force in the region where the plate is fastened on the result of calculating the pressure value. The said method is realised using the corresponding pressure sensor and measuring transducer of the camber of the plate (sensing element). ^ EFFECT: reduced error of measuring pressure, caused by hysteresis of the material of the plate and hysteresis of the material of the case in the region where the plate is fastened. ^ 57 cl, 28 dwg
