The present invention relates to a skin external composition for slimming containing picrionoside A and, more specifically, to a skin external composition which shows excellent effects of decomposing fat and removing cellulite by comprising the ingredient. The composition of the present invention has effects of decomposing and discharging fat inside subcutaneous adipocytes, and shows an effect of removing uneven cellulite of the skin, thereby being able to shape a smooth body line by using the same. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be variously used as products for diet sliming and anti-cellulite.
