Provided is a lamp apparatus for an automotive vehicle being assembled easily and improving stability of optical axis adjustment. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the lamp apparatus for an automotive vehicle comprises: a lamp module housing accommodating a lamp module; an aiming bracket connected to the lamp module and arranged in the lamp module to be able to move backward and forward; an aiming bolt penetrating the lamp module housing, arranged in the lamp module housing to be able to rotate, and having a rear end arranged on an outer side of the lamp module housing and a screw thread formed on a front end and moving the aiming bracket in the forward and backward directions; and a first optical axis adjustment member arranged on an outer side of the lamp module housing to be able to rotate and inserted into the rear end of the aiming bolt. |
