The circuit for forming communication line between each home and management office in large home group like apartment includes a CPU having a memory storing each ID number of home and control program and controlling line switch with input data, a circuit transmitting and receiving data through data bus line with control of the CPU, which is installed between communication circuits for front neighbor home and next one, a circuit transmitting and receiving voice signal between a master management circuit and communication circuit, and a line switch forming communication bus line selectively.
