CYLINDER WITH AN COMPONENT SENSING FUNCTION AND METHOD OF MACHINE PARTS SENSING USING THEREOF

Disclosed are a cylinder with a compartment sensing function and a compartment sensing method using the same capable of sensing whether a compartment is mounted at a position in a joint part between a first panel and a second panel which is unable to check with unaided eyes. The purpose of the present invention is to check whether the compartment is mounted in the joint part between the first penal with a through-hole and the second panel joined to the first panel by inserting a rod into the joint part and taking the rod out from the joint part within a stroke using a liquid pressure or an air pressure. A fin member fitted into the through-hole is mounted in a leading end of the rod. First, second, and third sensing means separately installed in a leading end, a central part, and a rear end inside the cylinder in a longitudinal direction sense a rear end of the rod. The cylinder with the compartment sensing function and the compartment sensing method using the same are capable of determining whether the compartment is mounted in the joint part of the first and second panels based on a degree of the insertion of the rod sensed by the first, second, and third sensing means.
