The present invention relates to a method for preparing a diene-based rubber polymer having high polymerization transition rate, relatively low gel content, and high swelling index, a diene-based rubber polymer prepared therefrom, and a core-shell structured acrylnitril-butadien-styrene graft copolymer. According to the present invention, the method for preparing diene-based rubber polymer and the core-shell structured acrylnitril-butadien-styrene graft copolymer may be easily applied to the industry requiring thecopolymer, in particular impact modifier industry.
