The present invention relates to a syringe filter assembly for filtering and collecting foreign materials mixed and fed with a medicinal fluid during a step of suctioning a medicinal fluid of an ampoule in a syringe, blocking a flow of the collected foreign materials when feeding a medicinal fluid in the syringe into a human body, and enabling only the medicinal fluid to be feed. To this end, the filter assembly is inserted in a coupling hub for coupling a syringe needle with a syringe to filter foreign materials included in a medicinal fluid, and comprises: a hub support pipe closely placed and supported on a lower side of the coupling hub, and having one or more medicinal fluid moving holes along a circumferential direction to move a medicinal fluid; a filter disposed in an upper side of the hub support pipe, and collecting foreign materials of the medicinal fluid fed in the syringe; and a valve member disposed between the hub support pipe and the filter, and controlling a moving path to move the medicinal fluid fed in the syringe in one direction. The filter comprises: a cylindrical filter leg formed in a length direction of the coupling hub, and having an open lower side to insert the valve member; and a filter cap for producing a collecting space in the filter leg by closing an upper side of the filter leg to collect foreign materials. |
