The present invention relates to a system and a method for medical service reservation, and more specifically to a system and a method for medical reservation system capable of making a customer easily make a reservation whenever a medical staff has a time available comprising: a step of providing a first-time visiting customer-simple reservation service, a member reservation service and a non-member reservation service if a customer who want to make reservation accesses a homepage by using a user terminal; a step that a server of the homepage receives a name and identification information of the customer, compares the information with customer information stored in hospital information and determines whether the customer who want to make a reservation is for his/her first time or not when the first time visiting customer-simple reservation service is selected through the user terminal; a step of displaying a first-time simple reservation screen, receiving additional information of the customer if the customer is a first-time visiting customer and displaying a reservation completion screen including date and time of consulting on a user terminal screen when the reservation is completed.
