A display device includes a display panel, a gate driving part, a data driving part, and a voltage providing part. The display panel includes a gate line, a data lien, and a storage line, and displays an image. The gate driving part outputs a gate signal to the gate line. The data driving part outputs a data signal to the data line based on the image data of the image. The voltage providing part applies an AC voltage to the storage line. Therefore, the afterimage of the image displayed on the display panel can be reduced. Thereby, the display quality of the display device including the display panel can be improved. |
