PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of excellently stirring soybean milk with a coagulant. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder 9 vertically moving a pressing tool 23 is hung by a hanging pivot shaft 7 and a rotation actuator 13 is connected to the cylinder 9 by a crank pin 15a, pin 11a and a connecting lever 16, The pressing tool 23 is lowered to the position near a bottom face at a rear side in a shape box 3, soybean milk and a coagulant are flown in, the pressing tool 23 is raised to the position near a liquid face of the soybean milk by the cylinder 9 and stirred, the stirring is decelerated near the liquid face and the pressing tool is appeared above the liquid face, the rotation actuator 13 is driven, the cylinder 9 is shaken to the operator side, the pressing tool 23 is horizontally transferred and lowered, in sinking into the liquid, the stirring is accelerated, and the cylinder is transferred to the rear side near the bottom in the shape box by driving the rotation actuator, then one cycle is finished. By the process, stirring is uniformly and sufficiently performed, then bean curd having excellent quality is obtained. |
