PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output regulating device for molding a solid article, capable of accurately determining whether an output should be regulated or not when outputting a solid article based on a polygon model.SOLUTION: There are included: a regulated model database 40 in which a distance distribution and an angle distribution expressing the characteristic of a regulated model; frequency distribution calculating means 10 for calculating each distance from a reference point of a target model to a plurality of points of each polygon constituting the target model, and a unique angle about each point of the plurality of points of each polygon, and calculating a distance distribution as a frequency distribution of a distance to each point of each polygon, and an angle distribution as a frequency distribution of a unique angle of each point of each polygon, on the basis of a calculated result; and frequency distribution verifying means 20 for verifying the calculated distance distribution and angle distribution to the distance distribution and angle distribution of the regulated model in the regulated model database 40 so as to determine whether an output should be regulated or not.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
