PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of: preventing the occurrence of deviations between two light beams separated in a wide wavelength range and the angle of a slit; and having wavelength resolution and wavelength accuracy that have been improved.SOLUTION: An optical device includes: a diffraction grating 14; a depolarization plate 12 including a birefringent material to eliminate polarization dependence of the diffraction grating 14; and optical correction devices 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 for optically correcting deviations of diffraction angles in diffraction light that are caused by diffraction at the diffraction grating 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
