The present invention relates to an automatic manufacturing system for a thermoelectric device including: a transferring conveyor transferring a lower carrier; a bonding unit for attaching a pair of legs having polarities different from each other to each of lower plates; a bonding inspection unit at a rear end the bonding unit for inspecting a bonding state of the leg; a carrier conveying unit for moving an upper carrier to be seated on the lower carrier; an automatic carrier supplying unit for consecutively supplying the upper carrier to the carrier conveying unit; and a carrying-out conveyor for carrying out the lower carrier in which a lower plate sorted as a defect is fixed between the bonding inspection unit and the carrier conveying unit. Accordingly, the thermoelectric device is manufactured through an automation system in which the legs (N-type leg, P-type leg) having polarities different from each other is bonded on the automatically conveyed lower plate in a fixed state onto the lower carrier, the bonding state is inspected to carry out a product in a defected state, and the upper plate is attached to a normal product. According to the present invention, entire procedures for manufacturing the thermoelectric device are automatically processed, so that management is easily achieved, producing time is shortened and mass production is achieved due to an automatic producing, saving labor costs according to reduction of working personnel and performing multi-tasking are possible, a bonding state and an arrangement state of the legs (e.g., N-type leg, P-type leg) is checked through the bonding inspection unit such that the defect ratio is accurately confirmed. Accordingly, the defected product is easily excluded, thus reliability of a product is improved due to decrease of the defect ratio. |
