摘要 Disclosed are a chaos nanonet device and a physical unclonable function (PUF) security apparatus with removed signal ambiguity. According to the present invention, the chaos nanonet device comprises: a nanonet material having a metallic property and a semiconductor property dispersed on a substrate; and an electrode array composed of a plurality of electrodes including an electrode selected to receive bias in a block current area and having a selected domain size on the nanonet material. The present invention provides a chaos nanonet device with removed signal ambiguity, configured to improve stability of security verification by providing randomness of a signal pass.
