PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection device capable of preferably reducing a light amount, while maintaining color balance.SOLUTION: A projection device 1 comprises: laser devices LD1-LD3; a laser driver 7; an MCU 22; and an actuator 26. The laser driver 7 controls light intensity of light emitted by the laser devices LD1-LD3 based on an image signal Si indicating an image. The MCU 22 drives a gradation ND filter 25 having a transmission factor which is varied gradually, according to a portion, by the actuator 26, thereby changes an incidence position Pin. The MCU 22 refers to correction data D2 which is created based on the transmission factor on respective portions of the gradation ND filter 25 of the lights of plural wavelengths, thereby determines a correction factor for correcting the light intensity of light emitted by the laser devices LD1-LD3, and then transmits a correction signal Sv indicating the correction factor to the laser driver 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
