In order to smoothly perform the switching of a driving mode and to ensure that an occupant has an understanding of driving operations to be controlled when in a driving mode and necessary driving operations to be performed by the occupant, the automated driving control device according to the present invention is capable switching between a manual driving mode that requires driving operations to be performed by the vehicle occupant and an automated control mode that does not require any driving operation to be performed by the vehicle occupant. The automated driving control device is provided with an automated driving control unit for controlling the vehicle when in the automated control mode and an information notification unit for notifying the vehicle occupant. The automated driving control unit is configured so as to perform first notification control in order to notify the information notification unit that a driving operation needs to be performed by the vehicle occupant if a driving operation needs to be performed by the vehicle occupant after the automated driving mode is switched to the manual driving mode.
