An estimation unit (112) estimates an alarm issuance timing. A presentation unit (113) presents, to a user, the issuance timing estimated by the estimation unit (112). A setting unit (111) sets the alarm issuance timing on the basis of a user operation state with respect to the presentation by the presentation unit (113). Furthermore, in cases when the issuance timing estimated by the estimation unit (112) is not presented to the user by the presentation unit (113) by a prescribed point in time before the issuance timing, the setting unit (111) sets the alarm issuance timing even if the user operation is not performed. An issuance unit (114) issues the alarm when the set issuance timing arrives, on the basis of the issuance timing conveyed from the setting unit (111). |
