PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous travel type cleaner capable of cleaning corner parts without arranging a complicated mechanism and performing complicated control.SOLUTION: An autonomous travel type cleaner includes: a nearly disk shape main body; a suction port arranged in the bottom surface of the main body and collecting dust on a floor surface; a left drive wheel and a right drive wheel that are arranged in the bottom surface of the main body to hold the suction port between them and are individually independently driven; obstacle detection means for detecting an obstacle in the circumference of the main body; first brushes arranged in the bottom surface of the main body on the front side of the right and left drive wheels and guiding dust on the outer side of the main body to the suction port by rotation driving; a second brush arranged in the bottom surface of the main body on the rear side of the right and left drive wheels, and having a length reaching the intersection point of two straight lines that have contact with the main body and are mutually orthogonal each other; and a control circuit for controlling the right and left drive wheels and the first brushes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
