MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES SPECIFIC TO CLAUDIN 3 AND 4, AND THE USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to antibodies specific to claudin 3 and 4 which can be used to prevent or treat cancer. The antibodies of the present invention are the antibodies specifically binding to claudin 3 and 4 which are overly expressed in cancer cells (particularly in ovarian cancer cells), and has remarkably low homogeny in comparison to a CDR sequence of conventional claudin 3 or 4 targeted antibodies, thereby having peculiarity of a sequence thereof. The antibodies of the present invention kill cancer cells, and are substantially efficient to prevent or treat cancer (particularly, ovarian cancer).
