PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating applicator for forming a coated film of a stable and uniform thickness while reducing the occurrence of a thickness irregularity.SOLUTION: A coating applicator comprises: a discharge part 24 including a front part portion 241A positioned at the front with respect to a coating direction AR1 and a rear part portion 241Ab positioned on the rear part with respect to the coating direction AR1 for forming a discharge slit between itself and the front part portion 241Af for discharging a solution L1 from the discharge slit and applying the same to a coating object 4; and control apparatuses T1 and T2 for temperature-adjusting at least one of the front part portion 241Af and the rear part portion 241Ab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
