PURPOSE: To attain the accurate and smooth maintenance work by deciding the management information via the comparison carried out between the work end information on a terminal equipment and the work schedule information set at a management device and sending the management information back to the terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION: A CPU 35 of a controller 23 of a maintenance management company controls every circuit device based on the program stored in a ROM 36 and stores the control data in a RAM 37 in a readable way. Then the CPU 35 receives the work information from an ATM(automatic teller machine) 21a via a data sending device 38. A monitoring device 39 has a display function which shows the operation guidance procedure of a supervisor like a clerk-in- charge panel 17 and also has a touch input mechanism to display a monitoring screen necessary for the input setting and the monitoring of the work schedule of every ATM. When the work end information on, the ATM is sent to the controller 23 via a transmission line 22, the CPU 35 of the controller 23 decides whether the work end information satisfies the work schedule information and outputs an answer to the ATM that is accordant with this decision result. |
